乍看，Adrien Parlange創作了一個個“主觀”的圖像，生動而優雅的插圖，讀者可以簡單地、愉快地和抱著好奇心翻頁。但不僅僅如此而已。讀者自發操作黃色緞帶，在書籍裝幀中原本被作為書籤的緞帶，在這本書中成為完成每個圖像的重要元素。Adrien在每頁上賦予緞帶不同的功能，例如：一條大蛇的舌頭，一個嬰兒的身體，從茶壺中出來的茶葉，鬆散的花邊，風暴的閃電…等。

在第一次閱讀之後，我們可以重新開始並欣賞形狀和意義的微妙發揮，之後的閱讀，慢慢挖掘黃色緞帶在翻頁中，流動的表現。
