受到20世紀的瑞士旅行者，作家，圖片編輯和攝影師－Nicolas Bouvier的這句話的啟發，Carl Norac產生了以旅行為主題的插畫詩集的想法。他與編輯Laurence Nobécourt一起邀請了 40 位插畫家對書名進行圖像詮釋，並附上他的詩句短文。你準備好出發了嗎？

Carl Norac總是夢想著擁有一本手札和一份旅行邀請。盡他所能在任何地方創作詩、詩歌、散文或故事。他想保持與自己內心深處的這種微弱的聯繫，並將作品帶到他人的凝視中。Carl Norac在2008年和2013年獲得瓦隆-布魯塞爾聯邦創作援助。2020年被Poète National-er Dichter des Vaderlands選為國家詩人，亦稱為桂冠詩人的任期為兩年，每年至少就影響國家的各種主題創作六首詩。與Passa Porta的翻譯組織合作，所有詩歌都以比利時三種國家語言發表。
